With smaller scale projects, it’s often much easier to determine scope, costs, resource needs, and timelines ahead of time. With these projects we recommend a project based or fixed price model.

This is also the ideal model for clients who prefer a hands off approach and only care about the quality and viability of the final product. This is a great model for smaller projects, and projects that have a very exacting timeline. Keep in mind that hands off does not mean lack of communication. We believe it’s important to keep you updated frequently and to inform you have any roadblocks or opportunities that we face.
